That is the perfect literal translation of a metaphorical statement. And it reminds me of a conversation I had with a mentor of mine, years ago. She worked part-time as a psychologist and had three small kids. She said she used to try to balance everything while walking on a tightrope, afraid to fall. But at some point it got to be too much, so she jumped off and now lets the aspects of her life bounce around in the net. It’s scary at times, but freeing.
